Access for everyone

Accessibility Statement

Last updated August 30, 2026

Our commitment

Harmony wants its websites, iOS app, support, and relationship tools to be usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we review it as the product and its content change.

How we approach accessibility

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and platform accessibility guidance as reference points. Our work includes reviewing:

  • semantic structure, headings, labels, and meaningful text alternatives;
  • keyboard navigation, visible focus, and controls that do not depend only on color;
  • text contrast, zoom, reflow, readable sizing, and reduced-motion preferences;
  • screen-reader behavior and accessible names for interactive controls; and
  • clear validation, error messages, and alternate ways to complete important tasks.

This statement describes our approach and is not a certification that every page or screen currently satisfies every success criterion.

Third-party services

Some experiences, including Apple distribution, authentication, payments, embedded media, or linked third-party pages, are provided by other companies. Harmony does not control every aspect of those services, but we want the paths into and out of them to remain understandable and usable.

Report a barrier or request help

If something prevents you from using Harmony, or you need information in another format, email support@talkharmony.app. Please include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and any browser, device, or assistive technology details you are comfortable sharing.

We will review the request and work with you on an accessible way to receive the information or complete the task while we investigate the underlying issue.
