List of Subprocessors

  • Anthropic (Claude): Paid language-model API used for requested coaching, message softening, journal insights, summaries, personalized prompts, goals, plans, letters, exports, and professional-workspace answers. API prompts and responses are not used to train Anthropic models.
  • Google (Gemini): Paid AI API used for real-time voice, transcription, selected language tasks, and one-time journal-dictation transcription when on-device transcription is unavailable. API prompts and responses are not used to train Google models.
  • Supabase: Database, authentication, realtime, and edge-function infrastructure. Intimate relationship content is encrypted by Harmony before database storage; Supabase also processes the operational metadata needed to run the service.
  • Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store subscription billing, and APNs push notifications.
  • Stripe: Website payment processing, subscription billing, payment-method storage, invoices, and payment security. Stripe processes account email, payment and billing details, transaction and device information, and identifiers needed to associate a purchase with the Harmony account. Harmony does not send quiz answers, journals, or coaching conversations to Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Google (Sign in with Google): Optional sign-in provider for account creation.
  • PostHog: Product analytics, error tracking, and session replay. Journal entries, partner chat, and other sensitive views are masked client-side before any recording is uploaded.
  • AppsFlyer: Install attribution for paid advertising campaigns. Used only to measure which ad campaign (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) brought you to Harmony. Sharing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) requires your explicit consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, attribution falls back to Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork.
  • Vercel: Hosting for talkharmony.app and Harmony's creator, referral, and professional web portals.
  • Resend: Email delivery for account and program messages, including creator, referral, and professional-portal email, and optional marketing emails you separately choose to receive. Resend processes recipient email addresses, message content, delivery status, and unsubscribe and suppression information.
  • PayPal: Creator payout delivery when a creator selects PayPal.
  • Zelle, Early Warning Services, and participating financial institutions: Creator payout delivery when a creator selects Zelle.

Live transcription for journal dictation runs on-device using Apple Neural Engine acceleration; no audio is sent to a third party for that path unless the on-device model is unavailable, in which case the recording is processed by Google (Gemini) as a one-shot transcribe and discarded.

Paid Anthropic and Google API inputs and outputs are not used for model training. The providers may retain or log API data for limited periods for abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, or as otherwise described in their commercial terms. Harmony sends only the content needed for the requested feature.
