Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective September 6, 2026
Web payments, including the $1 introduction and subscription renewals, are non-refundable for forgetting to cancel, non-use, or changing your mind. No prorated refunds for unused time. Billing errors, service failures, and refunds required by law are exceptions under our Refund Policy.
Website purchases
This policy is part of Harmony's Terms of Service and applies to subscriptions purchased on talkharmony.app and processed by Stripe for MS Global Holdings LLC. It applies to purchases made after this policy is presented and accepted at checkout. It does not retroactively change the terms of an earlier purchase.
Purchases billed by Apple through the App Store are governed by Apple's purchase and refund rules instead. Using Apple Pay on the Harmony website is a website purchase covered by this policy.
For an App Store refund request, visit Apple's refund service.
Your introduction and automatic renewal
When offered to an eligible new subscriber, the introduction costs US$1 for 7 days. It is not free. After those 7 days, your selected weekly, monthly, or yearly plan automatically renews at the amount and billing frequency you accept at checkout, until you cancel. If you are not eligible for the introduction, checkout shows the regular amount due before you pay.
You are responsible for canceling renewal before your introductory period ends or your next renewal occurs if you do not want another charge. Canceling after a valid charge does not reverse that charge. This responsibility does not remove Harmony's obligations to provide required disclosures, notices, and a working cancellation method.
When payments are not refundable
Except for the exceptions below, the US$1 introductory payment, the first regular subscription payment, and subsequent renewal payments are non-refundable. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee or a change-of-mind refund window.
Forgetting to cancel, not using Harmony, not downloading the app, changing your mind, or a partner choosing not to join does not qualify for a refund when the service was available as described. There are no prorated refunds or credits for unused days, unused features, or the unused portion of a weekly, monthly, or yearly billing period, except as required by law or under the exceptions below.
How to cancel
Sign in at talkharmony.app/start/billing using the same Apple or Google account you used to subscribe. In Your subscription, choose Cancel renewal and confirm. Check that your subscription shows renewal is canceled. Unless a refund or another access change applies, your access continues through the paid period shown there, including the remainder of a paid introduction.
Uninstalling the app, signing out, disconnecting a partner, or simply stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Website subscriptions are not canceled through Apple's subscription settings.
You may also email support@talkharmony.app to request cancellation, including if you cannot sign in or the cancellation control fails. Use your account email or include the invoice identifier so we can locate the subscription; we may verify ownership. We honor a clear, verifiable cancellation request received before renewal even if our team processes it later, and refund any renewal charge caused by our processing delay. A refund question alone is not a cancellation request unless you also ask to cancel.
Billing errors, service problems, and your rights
We refund confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges and charges taken after an effective cancellation. Report a payment you do not recognize promptly so it can be investigated; you may also contact your payment provider directly.
If a technical problem on our side prevents access to the service you purchased, contact us so we can investigate and restore it. If we cannot provide the purchased service, we will refund the affected payment or unused portion as appropriate. Any stronger remedy required by applicable law takes priority.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights, including rights for defective, unavailable, or misdescribed services. Where those rights apply, they take priority over the non-refundable terms above. Accepting this policy or starting to use Harmony does not by itself waive those rights. Any legally required withdrawal period or remedy remains available.
We may make additional goodwill exceptions case by case. An exception on one occasion does not promise a refund on a later purchase or renewal.
Request a review
Email support@talkharmony.app with your account email, invoice identifier if available, charge date and amount, and a short description of the billing or access issue. Do not send your full card number, password, verification code, or private journal or conversation content. We will review the payment and relevant cancellation or access records and explain the outcome.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. We will explain any resulting change to your paid access. Contacting Harmony first can help us resolve a problem, but it is not a condition of exercising your statutory rights or contacting your bank about a charge.
